Policy

Payment

All Checks for deposits, progress, and final payments, along with any official documents should be made out to Garrett Consultants LLC and Payment is due immediately after invoicing. Unpaid balance beyond 30 days after invoicing shall bear interest payable to Garrett Consultants at a rate of 1.5% per month simple interest.

Checks are the Preferred Method of Payments and will incur no Convenience fees. Uncashable or bad checks will result in an additional fee of $40.

Credit card payment can be enabled upon request a 4% Convenience fee will apply.

ACH Payments can be enabled upon request a 1.5% Convenience fee will apply "

Warranty:

Retail Sale - no additional warranty is given outside of Manufacturer Warranty any Warranty claims should be brought to the Manufacturer.

Installed Systems - Systems will be considered under warranty for 3 month from the completion of the install. This will cover Labor costs during this period. All Hardware failures will be covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

Returns

All returns are subject to a 30% Restocking fee plus the cost of return shipping. Some items are ineligible for Returns, This includes any custom or special order items not usually stocked in distribution, shipping cost and any associated labor cost. All returns must be made within 15 calendar days of receipt of the item.
